myConnect Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 30, 2026
VC Property Group LLC, doing business as myConnect (“myConnect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates myconnect.rocks and related accounts, listing tools, forms, communications, and financing inquiry features (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you. It applies to visitors, buyers, borrowers, brokers, agents, and other users of the Platform. Separate notices or agreements may apply to a specific mortgage brokerage, real estate brokerage, or other professional engagement. Where a separate notice is legally required or applies to a particular financial product, that notice governs the information covered by it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. We collect the information you enter in accounts and forms, such as your name, email, phone number, company, role, state, account credentials, brokerage and license information, professional profile, property interests, messages, and communication preferences. Broker verification may require additional information about your licenses, brokerage affiliation, and authority to publish listings.
Listing and property information. Brokers and other authorized users may provide addresses, descriptions, photos, documents, asking prices, rent rolls, income and expenses, unit information, projections, and contact details. Some of this information, including a broker’s professional name and contact details, may appear publicly on a listing or profile. Do not upload another person’s sensitive information or confidential documents unless you have authority and the relevant feature is intended for that purpose.
Leads and campaign contacts. If you inquire about a listing, request a showing, RSVP, or contact a broker, we collect the details you submit and the property or inquiry involved. Brokers may add buyer or investor contacts to their own CRM area, including names, business contact details, interests, and notes, and may use email campaign tools. A broker who provides another person’s details is responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for complying with applicable marketing and privacy requirements.
Financing information. A financing inquiry may include your name, contact details, property of interest, intended loan purpose, property type, requested amount, estimated credit tier, DSCR, and information you choose to provide. A later, separate application or secure upload process may request financial statements, tax returns, employment or business information, identification, or other underwriting documents. Please do not put Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or similarly sensitive information in general contact, listing, or free-text inquiry forms. A credit report will be requested only through a separate authorization when applicable.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Platform, we and our service providers may receive IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referrals, approximate location derived from IP address, interactions, and security or diagnostic logs. Cookies and similar technologies may support sign-in, site functions, preferences, analytics, and embedded services. If you sign in through another provider or use maps or other third-party features, that provider may share information according to your settings and its own policy.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts; verify professionals; publish and maintain listings; connect inquiries with listing professionals; provide CRM and email tools; respond to requests; evaluate and route financing inquiries; facilitate separate brokerage or lending processes; calculate and display property metrics; process any purchases; send service notices; protect against fraud and misuse; maintain records; comply with law; and improve the Platform. We may use contact information for marketing where permitted by law and consistent with the choices and consent presented in the relevant form. We do not treat acceptance of the Terms alone as consent to marketing texts or automated calls.
3. When information is shared
Listings and professionals. Information you intentionally publish in a listing or professional profile may be visible to the public and may be shared when a listing link is forwarded or indexed. Information in a listing inquiry may be provided to the listing broker, agent, owner representative, or other party identified in the inquiry flow so that they can respond. Those parties may have their own privacy practices and legal duties.
Broker-managed contacts and email. Information a broker enters into a CRM area may be processed to provide that broker’s tools. Campaign recipients receive messages the broker chooses to send, and email delivery vendors process the information needed to deliver them. The broker is responsible for the source and lawful use of its contact list and for honoring opt-outs. We may access or use such data to provide support, protect the Platform, or comply with law, subject to applicable agreements.
Financing. If you request financing or submit application materials, we may disclose information relevant to that request to VC Property Group LLC personnel, prospective lenders, capital sources, loan originators, underwriters, appraisers, title or closing providers, and technology or processing providers, as appropriate to evaluate, arrange, process, or close the financing and as described in any separate applicable notice. We may receive compensation in connection with financing where permitted and disclosed as required. A separate financial privacy notice or authorization may apply.
Service providers and legal needs. Hosting, security, identity, analytics, maps, payment, customer support, and communications providers may process information for us. We may disclose information to comply with legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business, subject to applicable law.
We do not disclose your information to third parties for their unrelated marketing merely because you created an account. Specific lead routing and financing disclosures described above are part of the service you request. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.
4. Cookies, maps, and third-party services
You can manage cookies through browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect sign-in or other features. Third-party maps, sign-in, payment, or embedded tools may collect information under their own policies. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ policies, not this one. If we use optional analytics or advertising cookies that require a choice under applicable law, we will provide that choice through the appropriate site controls.
5. Communications and your choices
You may update account details and preferences where the Platform permits, or contact us at the address below. Marketing emails from us should include an unsubscribe method. For a broker’s campaign, use the unsubscribe method in that message or contact the sending broker; you may also report misuse to us. You may opt out of marketing texts by following the instructions in the message. We may continue to send account, transaction, security, and other nonmarketing communications as permitted by law. A broker who receives your listing inquiry may contact you about that inquiry; direct additional preferences to that broker as well.
6. Access, deletion, and privacy requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you by emailing hello@myconnect.rocks. We will verify requests and respond as applicable law requires. We may need to retain some information for transactions, compliance, fraud prevention, security, disputes, backups, or another legitimate purpose. If information is controlled by an independent listing broker, lender, or other third party, you may need to direct a request to that party. Residents of states with additional privacy rights may make applicable requests through the same email; we will explain any available appeal process if required by law.
7. Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information appropriate to its sensitivity. No website or transmission method is completely secure. Use the designated secure process for sensitive loan documents, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, the relevant professional relationship, legal obligations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and security, then delete or deidentify it according to our practices and applicable law.
8. Children and geographic scope
The Platform is intended for adults and real estate professionals, not children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us. The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our features or practices change. We will post the revised version and effective date here and provide additional notice when required by law. Material changes will apply prospectively.
